04 · Congress & event films

Congress openers and session films, delivered to venue spec.

The film that opens a congress has one job and one chance. It plays on a screen you have not seen, to a room that has just sat down, on a deadline that does not move.

Who it is for

Organising committees and event teams.

International congresses, society meetings, symposia and trade events — opening films, session bumpers, award and sponsor segments, and the making-of that keeps the film working after the event.

Who it is not for

Anyone whose venue spec arrives after the deadline.

We need the technical rider — resolution, aspect, audio, playback system — early. A film delivered in the wrong format is a film that does not play, and no amount of production value survives that.
